The process of booking group events can be quite varied for differing needs of the groups visiting.

The observatory was set up to promote the science of astronomy in and around our community. We cater for all group visits:

• Social clubs and Societies
• Scientific groups
• Office groups
• Weekend based learning

All of our group visits can be tailored to your particular needs, for instance a scout group doing an astronomy badge, maybe a gift for a loved one, that one-on-one experience within a research grade observatory!  Your school group maybe doing A-level astronomy or maybe a group of year 1 children, whatever the occasion we can help make your visit an enjoyable one.
